  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.  
  2. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.  

     

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot.

2.Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.  
  2. Add the cauliflower and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.  

     

  3. Blend the soup until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
  4. Return the soup to the pot and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.Creamy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

    • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 4 cups chicken broth
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Add the broccoli and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
